DESCRIPTION:Description: Problem-solving therapy (PST) is a brief\, focused type of cognitive-behavioral therapy for individuals with mild-to-moderate or behavioral health concerns. Weak problem-solving skills may be linked to the degree to which people experience symptoms of depression\, anxiety\, and adjustment challenges. Developing problem-solving skills can be an empowering and important factor for reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety\, increasing resilience.
