DESCRIPTION:Overview: This webinar will describe how stigma impacts perceptions and resultant SUD care for patients and providers alike. Presenters will also share key concepts and case studies to illustrate ways to address stigma and tools that can be incorporated into their clinical practice. \nThis session is approved by the DC Board of Social work for up to 1 CEU credit and approved by the American Academy of Family Physicians for up to 1 AMA Level 1 CME credit. \nView Resource \n The previously recorded webinar and associated materials are available in the resource library. \nPrior to the webinar\, we encourage you to take a few minutes to complete the optional implicit bias survey. The attached exercise is intended to get you to think about implicit bias and stigma.
